SHIPPING:
- Please
bear in mind our minimum order is $15.00.
- We
ship via UPS regular ground service only if delivered within the continental
U.S. from our warehouse. The international order will be applied by the extra cost based on UPS Calculation method.
- There will be additional costs for UPS deliveries to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses(*Recommend USPS). UPS does NOT deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
- 2GiftShop does not pay for the international duty taxes. If a shipment incurs any such charges the customer is responsible. Your credit card will be charged accordingly.
- Customers
are 100% responsible to be 100% available for whenever UPS makes the
delivery. If customer misses the delivery and the order is returned
to us, then the customer must prepay the exact amount for the shipping
before we can reship that order. If the customer does not request
reshipping, and the order is replaced back into stock, then the customer
is billed: a 20% order processing/pulling & order reprocessing/restocking
fee; plus the UPS shipping charge.
- We
process most orders within 2~5 business days and ship by UPS to destinations
within the U.S. If you want us to deliver fast, please choose your shipping method while you are ordering.
- We
are not obligated to make delivery on any specified date and assume
no liability for damages due to any delay or inability to fill orders.
- When an order is over $400.00, we need to authorize your credit card first and wait for 2~3 days to approve.
- After approval and then during processing, there will be no cancellation.
- Cancellation will be within 48 hours after placing an order.
SALES
TAX:
California State law requires us to charge sales tax on all orders sent
within California State. If you are a reseller, you must fax us your
reseller certificate from the State of California and you will not be
charged any sales tax.

RETURNS:
- Our return policy is simple. Within 15 days of purchase date, you may return any item in its original package for an exchange or refund.
- We accept returns of any unopened, undamaged, unworn,
"like new". The following guidelines must apply and will
be strictly enforced.
- For
Exchange, the products must be in the exact same condition you
received it in (No damage. All accessories and tags must be included).
- A
copy of the invoice for each item must accompany the return showing
the price paid for each item returned.
- Please
email us to get RMA(Return
Merchandise Authorization) and then ship to us.
- All returns must be insured - we are not responsible
for products damaged/lost in mail when you ship them back to us.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
*** Please note that all returns that will be shipped without a valid RMA number will be refused and package will go back to the sender.
We recommend returns be made via UPS insured freight only. You are responsible for all freight charges.
- 2GiftShop will not accept Cell Phones nor printers returns. If your phone or printer is defective please, contact manufacturer. All sales are final. During this procedure, you can not cancel the order.
- Over $400.00 order may take up to 60 days to refund. No exceptions.
How to Exchange Products
Please email and tell us a package
is coming back, provide us with a tracking number and carrier you
used. The product is subject to final inspection before your Exchange
is processed. Allow 1-2 week for the exchange to be processed.
Lost packages require a mandatory 30-day waiting period before refund.
This allows us to track and place a claim on package.
If there are any other problems, we will make sure that everything
will be negotiated to both parties content! The product must be returned
unused and in the original condition you received it in, with all
original packaging and no signs of wear. Sorry, used products cannot
be exchanged for a new product.
